Our mission at Mind Over Matters Service is to help the youth succeed by providing them with the tools and resources they need to build a better future. We believe that every young person has the potential to achieve great things, and we are committed to helping them reach their goals.

Our Programs
We offer mentoring and tutoring ( in-person or via Zoom) to meet the unique needs of our youth. We provide a range of services that help youth build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

My name is Tammy Jones, I am the youngest of eight children. I currently reside in Nichols, SC. I have been a resident of South Carolina for three years. I am a proud adoptive mother of four children, but raised seven in total. I am a licensed minister under Springs of Living Waters Church of Restoration in Waldorf, MD. I currently hold a
My name is Tammy Jones, I am the youngest of eight children. I currently reside in Nichols, SC. I have been a resident of South Carolina for three years. I am a proud adoptive mother of four children, but raised seven in total. I am a licensed minister under Springs of Living Waters Church of Restoration in Waldorf, MD. I currently hold a degree in Human Resource Management. I hold a certification in CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) for children and adults, as well as CPR and training Disruptive students behavior. I am employed with Horry County Schools as an educator in a self-contained classroom for special ed.
I have a passion for children and I stand on Proverbs 4:13 NLT. I have a heart desire to see children grow mentally, emotionally, and academically. Ive been dealing with children for over 30 years. I have fostered kids for over 20 years. I have watched children rejoin families and I have watched some enter into treatment centers when I couldn’t have them any longer.
My goal is to do whatever I can to pour into a child for success.
